China: Shandong Slip
The point keeps Shandong in third place and two points behind leaders Changchun Yatai.
Shandong have only two games left to play this season while Changchun have three. It could have been worse for the champions as they fell behind to Dalian on the hour. Yan Song fired the eight-time title winners ahead but record Chinese Super league goalscorer Li Jinyu equalized almost immediately for Shandong. Shandong are inactive this weekend but Changchun could take a big step towards the title with a win at struggling Henan Jianye while second-placed Beijing Guo’an host Tianjin Teda. 1: Changchun 49 2: Beijing 48 3: Shandong 47 4; Shanghai 44 5: Tianjin 42 6: Dalian 40 source:gaol.com |
