Japan To Play Friendlies Against Chile and Bosnia-Herzegovina

The three-time Asian champions have been drawn in Group Two along with Thailand, Oman and Bahrain and kick off their campaign to reach a fourth successive World Cup on February 6.
Japan host the South Americans on January 26 and will then face the Europeans four days later.
By that time, the Japanese Football Association (JFA) hopes to have a new coach in place.
Ivica Osim suffered a stroke earlier in November and the JFA are in advanced discussions with 1998 World Cup leader and ex-Yokohama F Marinos man, Takeshi Okada.
