Iranians Steal The Limelight In UEFA League

After signing for Al Shabab this season, Kazemian has struggled to rediscover his scathing form for while turning for Al Shaab on loan last season. He netted 12 goals to finish third on the goal-scoring charts behind fellow Iran teammate Ali Samareh who scored 18 goals.
Kazemian went into the match against Al Jazira having netted four times this season. But he opened the scoring for Al Shabab to notch only his fifth goal of the campaign.
The hosts grabbed their second goal of the evening after Al Jazira’s Saleh Obaid bundled down Colombian midfielder David Ferreira in the box. Eman Mobaili made no mistake from the penalty spot.
Al Jazira scored a consolation goal through Mali international Mamadou Diallo. With the win, Al Shabab lead the UAE League on 25 points. In the other match played, Al Dhafra defeated Hatta 2-1 to move off the relegation zone on 13 points.
