Chelsea Edge Past Sunderland

Chelsea secured all three points against a fighting Sunderland courtesy a brilliant performance and a goal by their captain Terry.

First Half was dominated by Chelsea and the only goal of the game came through Lampards corner, when Terry scored a header comfortable. Blues had various chances at their disposal to increase their lead in the first half but they missed all of them.

Second half saw sunderland fighting their heart out to score the equalizer but Chelsea were lucky enough to secure all three points as Sunderland should have scored from the two header chances they had. Now Chelsea are three points behind Arsenal and six behind leaders Man United with a game in hand.
