Rossoneri fans do not have to worry anymore, as Pato and Kaka are on their way to recovery from the injuries picked up against Fiorentina.

Meersseman spoke in particular about Pato, who had worried the Milan hierarchy particularly worried.

"Today he is much better," reassured the Rossoneri's doctor. "Until yesterday he was walking with the help of the crutches, but now he manages to walk without feeling pain.

"We are confident with regards to his recovery time," he continued. "Until yesterday we thought he would need two or three weeks, but now I believe that within two weeks he is going to be ready for the game against Arsenal."

Meersseman also spoke positively about the possibility that Kaka and Gattuso will make the London trip, lessening the Rossoneris' injury woes significantly.
