Contra Saves The Day For Getafe

Cosmin Contra struck's strike in the last minute leveled things at Allianz Arena. Now Getafe have a narrow away goal advantage against Munich.

Munich were leading the match 1-0 from Luca Toni's header and should have won the match convincingly. It was huge disappointment for Bayern, the Cup favourites as they failed to capitalise on the earl lead when Luca Toni scored of Bastian Schweinsteiger's corner.

Toni, Ribery and Lukas Podolski wasted many chances and displayed poor control over the ball. Getafe too had couple of chances to score in the equalizer in the 45th minute Mario could have scored from the deflection of Albin's free kick. After few minutes in the second half Casquero fired a shot wide of the post.

But Contra pulled things of for Getafe and now the Spanish will have a ray of hope in the return leg.
